Great to see that during your time with us you felt that you had the opportunity to progress but also that the benefits that we offer suited your lifestyle and your personal development. At o2 we feel our flexible benefits are second to none and we also have a fantastic Learning and Development team who offer superb training and development to help people progress which is really important to us. Sorry to hear that you felt at times limited and undervalued in our stores. Our stores are the face of o2 to our customers and they place a pivotable part in our brand and making sure that our customers receive the highest customer care and attention so the role that they play is hugely important to us and certainly not undervalued.
