A really strong, tight team - the MD lives and breathes the place, the production skills are excellent. And it's a family - not much hierarchy and plenty of chances to get stuff made.

It's a project-by-project agency, so it can be a little chaotic. If you're hoping to be revered and get special treatment as a creative, it's not for you.
