Absolute horrible company to work for. They don’t hire enough people but keep taking on multiple projects, leaving employees overburdened with no sense of working hours and no extra pay for staying up till midnight or taking calls after work. Managers who have been here for a decade act untouchable, hardly remain active on projects, dump everything on juniors, pressure newcomers, and speak with no respect, and senior leaders never hold them accountable.
There is zero growth. They hire for data science or business analysis but make you do consulting and operational work, so you learn nothing in data science and only pick up some basic client communication. Overall a toxic and exhausting place with no future.
