I worked at Numpy Ninja, and it was a good place to restart my career after a break. I got the opportunity to work on healthcare projects, and the regular hackathons and learning activities helped me stay updated with new technologies. The work environment also helped me gain confidence and improve my technical skills.

Hackathons had short deadlines, but nothing specific apart from that. Even though the timelines were short, they helped us learn how to complete projects efficiently within a one-week sprint.

Best for women having career gaps. Learnt a lot and hackathons are plus point. Teams collaborate with each other and help each other to solve any issue they come across. It is great for problem solving ability.
