Pros

Job was enjoyable and permanent shop staff was fun to work with.

Kontras

Corporate leadership does not care about their employees. The hours are long and inconsistent. The pay is not comparable with the labor involved. Raises, though promised, are few and meager. Temps were regularly hired and fired rather than bringing on permanent staff.
