Glorified labour hire. No one is doing real consulting work outside director level. Consultants expected to go to head office once a month and work through lunch as a connecting effort, waste of time. Leadership are often disorganised and comms are an afterthought. Portfolio is not big or interesting enough for consistent work and anyone deemed not a good fit for current client list will be out the door. Limited benefits.
