Relative technical advantage in purification process High concern of medium staff Missions on customer facilities let you get known and get other working possibilities

Kontras

High management lacks of clear strategy and commercial organization is chaotic. They seem far from customers and employees, but next to banks and lawyers (we haven’t seen CEO in 3 years). Valuable high managers have left the company after shareholders changes in 2012 and CEO has been replaced recently. Financial difficulties are not finished. My customers didn’t want to make business with me anymore and this seems to continue. HR and management find any reason to justify career stagnation. Best employees (like me…, sorry) have left the company.

Pros

local management was nice, understanding, inclusive. benefits were better in the beginning but after merger they declined a bit.

direction of the company is unstable. I didnt feel like the provided the same learning or advancement opportunity to the staff at the US site in comparison to their EU sites
