Lack of teamwork, upper management is volatile and reactionary, sales direction is constantly changing. General lack of teamwork and ideas, customer feedback does not flow back to management to implement changes.

Pros

Beneficial technology for patients, 6 month pay guarantee, and strong capital commission if you survive long enough to complete the long sales cycle

Kontras

The group hired too quickly, especially under-qualified Clinical Sales Specialists (less than 2 years). Similarly, very poor vetting of most management. It became a slippery slope fast. The blind leading the blind. There is no semblance of culture at Novadaq and I wouldn't wish my worst enemy a job here.
