Do not trust this rating - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Novacomp: Mitarbeiterbewertung

They literally campaign within the company asking their employees to come to Glassdoor and leave good reviews. This speaks volumes on how deceiving they are by not allowing their workforce to make decisions on whether they want or not to provide a recommendation here. Senior management is super irresponsible, the environment is not inclusive, leadership style is arbitrary, no room for feedback, and they DO NOT OFFER STABILITY. Overall one of the worst work experiences I've had in my professional career. My advise: Do not leave a good job, just because they offer you good money, they will let you go at the drop of a hat without hesitation.
