I’ve been here for awhile and seen the downswing. Company is definitely on the upswing. Brought in new management in December last year that’s already had a huge impact on operations. Plan for the future is bright, and most of the cancer left the company in Pecos.

Not enough training for new techs. Pecos struggles because most of us don’t have the training we need to do our jobs. Makes the days hard when you’re just trying to scrape by. Management is trying to hire people on, not sure how that’s going.

Upper management is so dumb they can't properly run a company. One day they will learn less people from Oklahoma if they want to succeed in oil and gas. Don't worry about getting parts, your expected to lie to customers on supply chain failures. That's OK because upper management has degrees in lying to employees.
