- No clear strategy. It's evident that management is in it for the money and fame, not real innovation or vision. - Inability to change quickly when things don't go as planned. Plenty of feedback has been given by employees, but management doesn't seem to care enough to learn or implement changes. - There's a ridiculous amount of internal processes for a start-up, but no transparent process for making decisions or signing off projects. - Management doesn't care about the people, not what motivates them nor how to engage them. People are treated like they're disposable production materials. - Nepotism and unethical business practices are rampant. - Bullying and misogyny are encouraged, and many people in leadership positions don't operate with compassion and lack basic leadership skills. Completely toxic. Look elsewhere if you care about your health and sanity.
