Great pay & benefits Holidays Pay time off Work from home/Flexible work hour Friendly co-workers to some extend. Great Products, missions, and ideology.

Kontras

No communication. Everything is last minute and I want it now or it's your fault. Deal with the toxic environment of people trying to climb the corporate ladder Highly political. Be very careful in what you do or say and need to record down everything because other departments especially the marketing team will throw you under the bus if something went wrong Overworked staff. Upper management will not reward you for spending all your time and effort but just hire another manager to look over the current manager. If you don't know how to climb the ladder, then you are out of luck. Norwex like to hire up or not down Leadership is terrible. Marketing is the boss because guess what this is a multi-level marketing company you could think we brain wash people but who to say. If the company did not grow to the level that expected, they will fire someone in the upper management team that can't fend for themselves and that is usually the CEOs

Incredible company with high standards focusing to reduce harmful chemicals. Lots of support for consultants.

You have to work hard on the next party plan business. It’s not for spectators.

Company refuses to change business model. Throws away good ideas in pursuit of cheap image. Losses on top of losses made it hard to show up to work.
