I have had a very positive experience with NTR. Communication with my direct supervisor is probably the best that I've ever had on a job. I feel supported by the training that I've had. The office is very small and friendly. The most people you will see in a typical week in the office would be 4 people - occasionally you may be working alone. Quarterly projects will keep your position growing.

You need to be good at time management for this position as things can move quickly and your hand is in a lot of pots at times.
