Too many managers all with their own agenda. Monthly bonuses were relied heavily on sales team…if as a whole group we did not hit a certain quota- loan processing would not be paid on that loan (but everyone else would) where other companies pay ‘per loan closed’ regardless of branch closings. Customer contact is required, normally not a con but if you are working with a client and then you don’t even get paid a small fee per loan it’s very discouraging and really doesn’t drive me to work so hard or as passionate the next time around.
