Pros
Can't really think of many. Schedule flexibility if you are an office employee, maybe.
Kontras
Pay is subpar compared to every other manufacturer in the area. Benefits don't cover much. Management refuses to be accountable for their own mistakes, and is always looking for a lower level employee to blame. It frequently costs the lower employee their job. Everything is a mess. The workflow continuously goes from one extreme to another: either too much work and too many hours, or not enough work and hoping you have PTO to cover it. Both of these situations have happened within the same month, on several occasions. Also, Michael Degen is not the CEO. The new CEO practices heavy nepotism, often bringing on his friends and former coworkers and creating jobs for them. Bills are never paid, constantly have issues with not being able to have merchandise picked up because the shipper wasn't paid, or not receiving urgent materials because the vendors weren't paid. There are too many hands in the basket.
