Mostly good people. Some people recognize that "they are in it together", despite upper management's desire to shake you free of any feeling of security you might have by subjecting the group to regular mass lay-offs. True strength is revealed when people can be subjected to this company culture and not have the worst brought out of them.
Kontras
Regular mass lay-offs. A management tactic at play here is to hire people and get rid of the slowest in a mass lay-off. In order to succeed honorably, you have to forfeit the work life balance. Upper management has no reverence for attention to detail.
