Pros
Expectations are not very high, and as long as you're willing to accept below-average compensation you can coast for years. You can attend internal training regularly, and some of it is pretty good. Benefits are average or slightly better.
Kontras
Reorganizations every few months; can't finish anything before plans are changed. Schedules are missed because of constant changes in requirements. Above a certain level, anybody is permitted to "rethink the whole approach" and does. Thus we're two years late and still slipping.
