Great work life balance, very strong opportunities to move around & up, trustworthy senior mgmt.... the company offers a balanced lifestyle & allows you immense flexibility in designing your work life.. most people are respectful and it is socially unnacceptable in Nokia to be a 'jerk'... career opportunities are plenty and there is scope to reinvent yourself every few years... The company is amazing non heirarchichal, still true to it's Scandinavian roots in that sense...In Nokia, I am in for the long haul...
