Very few. You can count the number of decent UK employees on the fingers of one hand. The majority have left over the last 12 months. Niche product that addresses a specific customer requirement.

Management incompetence increases the further you go up the chain. My manager sits 20 feet from me and communicates via instant messaging!. The steady trickle of UK employees leaving has turned into a torrent over the last few months. Developers, installation, support and sales have all seen a mass exodus resulting in all time low levels of customer satisfaction. Virtually no new customers signed up over the last 18 months. Some existing customers are doing minor add ons and this is all that is sustaining the company along with existing support contracts but as customers move away this is in serious decline. The product is severely outdated and even the newer interfaces look like they were written by a second rate computer science student in 1995. The competition seems to be able to do everything better, faster, cheaper and more reliably.
