Pros
Compensation is adequate. Vacation Time is provided, but limited to availability and secondary to job responsibilities. Meaning you get multiple weeks, but are lucky to take any due to workload.
Kontras
Hostile work environment. Overloads PMs with so many projects and reporting requirements to the point they are unable to be effective. PMs have all the responsibility and no real authority. Frustrating place to work. Others who have left have gone on to have very successful and satisfying PM careers at major corporations with one-third the workload.
