If you can't be sucked up to, your fellow employees will treat you like trash. - Leadership often appears reactive rather than strategic, with limited clarity on direction or long-term planning. Communication tends to rely on hollow buzzwords. - Ego runs rampant; if someone thinks their hot stuff they'll make it known at every single meeting. - There appears to be limited investment in coaching or professional development. Repeated mistakes occur across all levels, especially with so called senior employees. This raises questions about role expectations and the consistency of standards.
