Pay - under market rate due to them being "family ran". Unfair docking of pay - read your contact and handbook carefully. Pay constantly wrong - quite often ignored by "HR". No (real) HR department - they remove anybody who points out employee rights, and hires inexperienced HR staff so they can run the circus as they see fit. Constant harassment - no constructive criticism, just swear words & abuse via WhatsApp. Requested a copy of Risk Assessments and was told I could find the door. Definitely not being done, employees constantly facing RSI, workplace/desk setup is unacceptable. No understanding of GDPR. Staff sensitive data held on a spreadsheet that is accessible by anybody, constant misuse of customer data across sites. Staff forced to work during the pandemic as the owners refused to allow working from home, they need you on CCTV for their own enjoyment. Rather sack staff than furlough. Quick staff turnover. Often unwilling to pay contractors.
