Pros
The pay and hours are decent enough. The company tries to treat the employees the right way. Part remote/part in the office.
Kontras
Promotions tend to be based on favoritism or who kisses the most rear. Certain individuals have perks other employees don't. For example - some employees are allowed more remote days vs. company policy. Some employees appear to have more PTO than company policy (or are not recording days off). Benefits which began as very good upon initial hire (over 10 yrs ago) haved lagged off as sub-par over the last few years. Concerns sent to HR were met with no an "Ohh well" attitude.
