Some of the most arrogant people I have ever been around and that is saying something in this industry. One case of many of this is a senior member of a certain team openly mocking the “skills” of another team and all of his friends laughing. They have the fakest work culture I have ever seen it’s a joke. As far as I know some of the management from when I was there is gone but the damage has already been done. This company should be making a lot more money than it is due to them only wanting to cater to tiny plastic surgery places and small eye doctor facilities even though they had the opportunity to expand greatly. They seem to have layoffs every year. The pay seems to be below other places.
