The only pros i see are best food quality for employees.

There is lot of favoritism and politics. The seniors are valued i mean those who have worked for more than 2 3 years and juniors aren't valued at all. Whatever ur senior says about you will be considered final. Even if he holds personal grudge. You may be working so hard but you are just an ordinary person cuz only favorites are appreciated. Zero work life balance Its is a big company but a good company
