I've been blessed to have worked with most of these folks for several years now. Ownership truly has the employees interests at heart and wants us all to be successful. Comp plan is great, and performance expectations are reasonable and attainable. No micro-management - we're all expected to be big girls and boys and just get the job done. Everyone really seems to enjoy being part of a winning team.
