The goal of leadership is to sell the company and they are obsessive over profits. They don’t care about the work or the employees. They hire anyone and move on to the next contract. There is no culture. Only an obsession to sell the company as fast as possible. Not what I was hoping for from an employer. I feel like I was lied to. The best employees left the company so I’m looking too.
