Next15, broadly speaking have a competitive set of fringe benefits. People are welcoming in the most part. Interesting work and industry.
Kontras
Has hired some questionable people to key roles over the years and some who clearly are not qualified = nepotism is rife. Base salary is not competitive in the market for central services (Fin, IT, HR, Facilities). Needs a fresh set of eyes through independent review to consider they way it's moving forward. Too many senior people are blinkered.
