Us Cellular (who next generation sells for) was going really down hill at the time, so we losing customers left and right, which means our paychecks went down. With Next Gen you make minimum wage, and then commissions if you reach your goals. My advice, if you can work with a corporate store instead of an agent location, do it. You'll make more money and deal with the same amount of crap.
