Do not take care of their employees. Only listen to one side of what's happening and that's from the person higher than you. Dump tons of work on you and when you ask for assistance they ignore that you asked. CMMO is just a figure head, but doesn't actually make any decisions. No one verifies anything said wrongly against you. There's no proof just their word and that's what the higher ups take from your supervisor. So it's your word against theirs and they don't even want to hear yours.
