Pros

Top level management in US are good. Plenty of new things related to appraisal can be learnt.

Kontras

Lower level management (Hyderabad) is poor. Favouritism being shown and only favourite employees gets recognized in monthly, quarterly and yearly performance awards. Hardworking employees gets demotivated because of favouritism by management. Newmark hires people from other competent companies but will not allow you to join if you get good opportunities. Employees serving notice period will feel like hell because of HR during notice period. Be careful to read the offer letter especially non competent clause because of which you may face problems when leaving the company. The US management is good..but doesnt have information about indian office.. Think twice before you join.

Decent office, PTO, and Benefits.

Worst company I’ve ever worked at! No transparency from leadership. Lack of direction from leadership. Employees are set to fail from the beginning, with daily changing priorities and zero communication. Leadership blames employees for mistakes that are set up by leadership. A revolving door, employees disappeared every two, three, six, and eight months. Some employees resigned, and others were laid off, and there is no explanation from leadership. Many employees take the offer and leave their current employer, only to find out it's the biggest mistake they've made by coming to work at this company. Many high-producing brokers feel that they are “Gods.” Every team works in silos. This company has no culture at all. Don't work for this company, run the other way!
