Pros
No micromanagement. I could often work remotely since my manager was hardly in the office anyway. The annual summit was held in different areas of the US, so it was great to travel to places I had never been.
Kontras
There was never a clear indication of who did what. Basically everyone was in their own little world and did not believe in teamwork, which is making the company suffer financially. No work/life balance at all. Poor morale all around and the way my life is set up, I couldn't be around constant negative energy.
