Pros
Lots of freedom and ability to be autonomous in your work. No set hours for brokers. No ceiling. Really nice people, from the junior brokers up to seniors/execs, admins and office support. Everyone was always willing to help. A good environment to run your own business within a larger company that offers resources and a well-known name. Lots of broker and networking events if you like that stuff. If you utilize it, your business will benefit and you'll make some great connections- whether it be friends or someone you could potentially close business with.
Kontras
It doesn't matter how much of a super star you are, it will take you 2 years to ramp up. Deals take a while to close. Get used to hearing no and prepare to grow some thick skin.
