• NewMotion has a fun and informal environment, easy-going colleagues that become your friends very quickly.
• Nice office, free healthy vegetarian lunches.
• Some people are very passionate about sustainability and making a world a better place.
• Fun corporate events, in general HR does a lot to keep everyone engaged and a part of the culture.
Kontras
• Being a part of Shell. Shell is involved more and more every day and I'm sure eventually NM will lose its own direction and brand.
• NM is not a mature business. There is a huge discrepancy between what is promised to the customer and what is possible to be delivered.
• There are a lot of people with a title "Manager" that de-facto has no independent thinking or management skills. A lot of people to "strategise" and not so many to deliver the results.
• Lack of management skills make it really difficult to progress in the company.
