Corporate & impersonal for such a small team - Customer Service bei New Lab: Mitarbeiterbewertung

- The entire organisation's goals is built around pleasing the egos of the two founders (two of the most arrogant people I've ever met). - Impersonal and cold, not much of a friendly work environment. - Lack of diversity, most of the staff hired is white and not from local/brooklyn area. Considering the local population is incredibly diverse it feels very intentional. Over the time I was here, I heard from POC staff and experienced targeted racist comments and nothing was done by management.
