Unrealistic “goals” that have loopholes to create failure even if you meet them. Secretive pay structure barely meeting minimum wage. Team leaders and immediate superiors all have a creepy obsession with advancement of newer employees and encourage memorization of “systems”for sales rather than understanding and mastery of fundamentals.
