      Good culture. A lot of resources. Decent bonuses.

      It’ll take you years to see your salary move, even when they double the amount of people you support. Not as “diverse” as they claim to be. Most departments meet the quota for affirmative action. Managers are cheap with their admins. Don’t expect to be appreciated.

      - Really smart coworkers - good place to start and get your footing - lots of learning opportunities

      - alot of teams only operate with 1-2 stars where the rest of the team slacks - management is based on friendship not on merit - if you want to get promoted, you need to be parts of the boys club
