Pros
- The company is growing and expanding every year, which is hard to find during pandemic. - Great holiday parties, plenty of generous prizes are raffled off. Although you need to reserve a spot before it fills up.
Kontras
- Severe lack of communication and training. Upper management tells you they care about employees but don't invest in their training or career development. - Upper management lacks people skills. It's awkward to be in a meeting and watch a peer be constantly berate by the VP and asked if they know how to do their work. - Little to no training. While I was there, people asked for training and how other departments work together multiple times but management did nothing about it. - Benefits could be better, they slightly improved recently but not dramatically. - Everything is old and disjointed. Systems we use are incredibly out of date and not functional for modern day purposes.
