- Many collaboration opportunities with talented colleagues located all over the globe, coming from an SV company this was a pleasant surprise - Technically challenging work that is impactful, owing to the relatively small size of the core team - Fun culture, work hard play hard vibes - Good work life balance - Excellent benefits (especially health insurance) owing to its global presence - CEO and upper management are transparent in their decision making

- Singapore office relatively new (~1 year), so there are minor growing pains but nothing too much to complain about
