      - Great team, very international, some intelligent people - Convenient office location, stocked pantry - Work from home 1 day a week

      - Unfair benefits, not everyone gets the same treatment as both co-founders run their departments differently - Some teams are valued more than others - No psychological safety, very cut throat, and this is fostered from a top down approach
