HR prides themselves on creating a great culture. However, the company culture, benefits, and overall working environment are painfully average. The employee body is old and boring. You will be severely underpaid. You will be given an annual cost of living adjustment under the guise of a “merit raise.” In other words, they’ll keep your salary consistent with cost of living if they feel you’ve earned it. This job can be a good starting point for a younger professional, but under no circumstances should you stay here 3+ years. Also, nepotism is standard practice here. If you know someone at the top, you will be rewarded.
