Pros
The culture! The people at Network are like family. Everyone is so friendly, positive, and have your best interest. It all stems down from the CEO and executive leadership team. They have high expectations of their employees but it consistently pushes people to be better. Network is growing and so many opportunities and have been created because of the growth. Network just acquired another company and the growth will continue to persevere.
Kontras
Some growing pains as there’s no business being brought on. Well they are hiring a lot of new people, network will never be a large company when it comes to headcount. Understanding that it will be extremely fast pace and that you will be challenged every day is key. But this can still be seen as a benefit in my eyes.
