- Management makes decisions on a whim with little to no notice. - An entire week's schedule can be uprooted during the drive to a clients site and it's your fault for not looking at the schedule while driving - Company-wide policies get put in place and changed without even announcing them. For example, they changed the on-call rotation from once a quarter to once a month and never said anything. - Management is two-faced. I was told I couldn't work from home for a day due to not having a work-from-home policy in place while the following week 3 of my coworkers worked from home. - Management is very petty and will look for ways to make your life harder if you say something they don't like - HR is verbally abusive and manipulative - Management makes comments about how "overstaffed" we are while everyone is working hard to barely keep up with the workload - They treat PTO as a privilege that can be taken away with threats of, if you don't do X you might not get to go on your vacation. - Management can do no wrong everything that goes poorly is someone down the line's fault, but they will take credit as the team whenever something goes well.
