Main boss claims to care and value opinion but does not want to hear feedback if it opposes them. Would say offhanded things about loyalty and respect when those are things you earn. Keeps manager that messes things up and no one likes even other Spanish people. Clients talk about him behind his back. Should not have to work with people without good communication skills. Talking is easy. Turnover is hard.
