There are none. In the beginning, they will brainwash you about how amazing this company is, but if you contact anyone who used to work there, they will tell you the ugly truth. You might think that salaries are good, but if you compare them to other companies, salaries are actually lower here. And no benefits that matter (no insurance, pension, travel allowance).
Kontras
This company has many problems and instead of facing them, they run away or blame it on employees. They've got bad reviews for a reason. The owner is good at fooling people into thinking they're nice, but they left employees in a tough spot by not paying them or giving promised bonuses. They even backed out of helping employees get work visas. Out of the blue, they said they were bankrupt, leaving employees in a financial mess. Now they're trying to change their name to hide their bad reputation. The management is terrible, and the work environment is really bad and uncomfortable. Some people got fired on their first day because the company couldn't afford to keep them (after hiring them and still making to come for the first day!) Working here is a bad idea, and it's important to do research before applying. This isn't just a problem in Germany but also in the Netherlands. They take advantage of good-hearted people, making them stressed and unhappy. The owner doesn't care about anything except how to fool people and get more money. You might say that's how business works, but if you're smart enough, you know that's not true. And I would never work for someone so selfish, manipulative, and toxic as this management again.
