Pros
I spent nearly 10 years at one of the smaller companies Netsmart acquired, unfortunately, the lack of integrity followed. If you manage to fit in to the "in" crowd, it's possible you have a chance at longevity within the company. There are some good and intelligent folks that work here, who, if treated good, will reciprocate.

The environment is cutthroat. Employees are passive aggressive. I feared for my job on a constant basis over the course of my time within the company, not because I did not contribute, but for interpersonal reasons of other staff. The top brass are always pitting employees up against each other. They have no interest in creating a lasting internal culture; they feed the dog-eat-dog mindset all while dangling the carrot in front of their employees to maximize output. Overall, the bulk of employees are underpaid and over worked. The bottom line has always been, if they can do it with less, they will. Anyone in a leadership role most likely has serious interpersonal issues, and they take it out on the rest of the staff underneath them, then turn around and try to blame that same staff for their own problems. Manipulation is commonplace. I attempted to befriend staff, but feel like most attempts were in vain. I'm sure these are common themes among large Corporations in America, but it is disheartening, especially considering "the message" the company tries to outwardly convey. Bottom line, don't expect to make friends. Be prepared to feel used. Get used to unreasonable expectations. Better yet, look elsewhere.
