No scope for freshers, most of freshers getting hired as L1 and working as help desk support which they have to sign a bond of 2 years along with 1 lac deposit. Very less of learning environment for these guys. One thing is sure if you have well established contacts or if you create good contacts by doing whatever it takes, even a fresher can become manager or any position just name it.( currently seen some incidents which proves it) Notice period for freshers working as trainees have 2 months of notice period, so they make sure even if someone gets better opportunity he shouldn't be able to join. No company want to wait for 2 months for a L1. Even if you have been promoted, you will be working in promoted position without on paper confirmation or raise in salary till next financial year. CTC shown are very good but in hand it will be peanuts, for eg. if i have 3L package my salary will be 16K+ and remaining goes in KPI which is never as the numbers are shown and you will not know whats the reason behind cutting that amount. You might need to do double shifts any time and you don't even get to complain or ask for food allowance.
