The company gives you free bus service.

No job security and hike percentage is too low. The org mainly do not have IT services apart from Lumenore, others are just BPO. The HRs are very useless and nowhere to be found if you need help with anything. No job security as entire Joget team was layed of at one go. BPO folks are also layed off every now and then. The company has no middle management and they are surviving on interns for their dev level work. Need serious projects to survive otherwise the company will cease to exist because of project deficiency. If you are a fresher it's good for you, do not join if you have 5 + years of workexp. Uncles at upper level are just outdated from the market and are still trying to be relevant. People use abusive language casually on the floor and lacks professionalism. Also no job security, no growth.

They give 2 15 minute breaks. Co workers were nice.

The supervisor told me I was doing a good job, then when I got home that day, HR called me and said they were letting me go. The first day I was there, while I was in training, the supervisor said I have to go faster. You have to keep your purse and iPhone in a locker. You can’t eat at your desk and you can’t listen to music while you’re working. They are way too rigid and their production requirements is way too much. They expect you to do 6 boxes a day.
