In my (almost) two years here — which have absolutely flown by — I’ve had countless positive experiences that have benefited me both professionally and personally. Some processes could run more smoothly, and inter-departmental collaboration can occasionally be lacking. That said, the business has undergone structural changes at senior leadership level over the past two years, which has undoubtedly played a part, and things are already improving.
