Management talks about how they gather a “treasure chest” of data before they PIP you and fire you in training. Weird thing to say. You will get fired with no reason given. There are people that spend 3 hours a day gossiping with the boss that aren’t disciplined but if you make a mistake as a new person you’re raked over the coals. It’s a very toxic environment. I now believe the other reviewer that said new hires are sabotaged.
